Continued employment thereafter will be subject to the candidate's maintenance of the level of clearance and program access required for the position in the future. -Extensive systems engineering experience, including technical leadership on complex space, satellite, payload, or mission-system development efforts. -Demonstrated experience managing system requirements, technical baselines, interfaces, and verification and validation activities. -Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and resolving complex technical issues across multiple system elements. Preferred Qualifications for Systems Engineering Manager 3 - IPT Lead: -Bachelor's Degree or above in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline. -Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance (or equivalent) clearance along with active SCI access at time of application and prior to start date. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Experience leading a Systems Engineering IPT, SEIT, or comparable system-level technical integration organization. -Experience with complex space systems, spacecraft, payloads, satellite constellations, or mission systems. -Experience leading customer interchanges and major design or readiness reviews. -Experience with model-based systems engineering and digital engineering. *Please be aware that this position is contingent upon the candidate obtaining final clearances and program access(es) within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company. This individual will serve as the accountable leader for integrated systems engineering execution, including technical baseline integration, requirements and interface management, verification and validation, and cross-element technical closure from system definition through delivery.
