Job Title: Senior Specialist - Package Implementation
Primary Technical Skills (Must Have):

 * Guidewire PolicyCenter Experience
 * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
 * Must be proficient with process modelling tools
 * Have worked on one complete implementation cycle of Guidewire
 * Working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards
 * SVN Rally HP QC Handson experience writing user stories is must
 * Microsoft Project Excel PowerPoint SharePoint
 * Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
 * Business analysis experience in the Commercial Property and Casualty insurance industry on Guidewire PC

Secondary Technical Skills (Nice to Have Skills, Not Mandatory):

 * Certified Guidewire PolicyCenter with experience for implantation and state rollouts
 * Experienced with Agile Scrum methodology and business analysis methodologies
 * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal understands communication channels and escalates appropriately
 * AINS 21222324 Certification

Responsibilities:

 * Through self-directed activities act as liaison between client and technical groups using superior communication skills to elicit document analyze and validate for Guidewire PolicyCenter
 * Experience operating and interfacing with business management including negotiation and presentation skills
 * Proven track record of creating clear concise deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and the out of the box software functionality
 * Strong initiative able to self-manage comfortable with ambiguity and able to work through it to get the right things done
