## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
 * Minimum 7 years of machine design experience within industrial automation.
 * Experience working with robotics, servo systems, custom machinery, or automated equipment.
 * At least 5 years of experience using SolidWorks.
 * Strong understanding of machine design principles and engineering best practices.
 * Proven project management and problem-solving capabilities.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Previous experience leading, mentoring, or developing engineering teams.
 * Experience with FEA, CFD, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
 * Professional Engineer registration or eligibility is beneficial.
