## Description

* Lead and manage application development teams responsible for enterprise business solutions and SAP-related projects.
 * Work closely with team leads to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
 * Develop project plans, resource allocations, and realistic timelines while ensuring successful project execution.
 * Monitor project status, risks, issues, and dependencies while providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
 * Serve as the primary liaison between U.S.-based business teams, offshore development teams, and Korea HQ.
 * Provide technical leadership during client meetings, ERP functional team discussions, and project reviews.
 * Drive system enhancements, application modernization initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
 * Ensure adherence to IT governance, change management, compliance, and audit requirements.
 * Oversee the development and support of SAP, web applications, business intelligence, and enterprise solutions.
 * Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
 * Manage employee performance, career development, staffing needs, and resource planning.
 * Resolve technical and operational challenges while ensuring effective communication across all organizational levels.
