Technical Qualifications * Systems & Cloud: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, VMware/Hyper-V, and infrastructure and security best practices. * Networking & Telecom: Ability to work with internal team members and external partners to evaluate routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, VoIP, and network capabilities and ensure solutions align with operational needs and industry best practices. * Cybersecurity: Experience supporting cybersecurity programs aligned with NIST/CIS frameworks, including EDR/MDR solutions, multi-factor authentication (MFA), patch management, and Security Risk Assessments (SRA)., * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field with 6 years of networking experience in a healthcare setting, or 15+ years of equivalent healthcare IT experience in a leadership role. * Previous supervisory or management experience. * Experience in an FQHC, community health center, or other regulated healthcare environment. * Experience with EHR/PM platforms and external Health Information Exchange (HIE) interfaces. ## Description At MCHC Health Centers, delivering compassionate, high-quality care depends on having reliable, secure technology that supports our teams and the communities we serve. This role combines technical expertise with strong leadership, working closely with internal team members and external partners to ensure MCHC's systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with organizational needs.
