 * Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.
 * Proficiency with Git, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
 * Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks.
 * Experience in enterprise-scale financial services applications.

## Description

We are seeking a hands-on Java Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in modern Java development, microservices, cloud-native applications, and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts while actively contributing to design, coding, troubleshooting, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications., * Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications and microservices.

 * Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
 * Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker in cloud-native environments.
 * Implement event-driven solutions leveraging Kafka and MQ.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
 * Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
 * Participate in code reviews, testing, and Agile development processes.
