## About the Role

* 5-10+ years of experience in IT systems administration or enterprise endpoint management.
 * Advanced expertise with Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, and/or Jamf.
 * Strong understanding of identity and access management (AD, Azure AD, Conditional Access).
 * Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security tools.
 * Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and resolve complex issues.
 * Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
 * Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed; participation in on-call rotation required.
 * Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency a plus.
 * Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with modern device management and zero touch deployment strategies.
 * Background supporting Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, or other DaaS platforms.
 * PowerShell scripting for automation.
 * Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL).
 * Experience coaching or mentoring team members., * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
 * Ability to lead projects and drive process improvements.
 * Customer-focused mindset.
 * Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple initiatives.
