Shall perform implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems, which may require a bottomless cup of coffee for troubleshooting when the tech gremlins come knocking, as it is imperative for identifying and resolving issues, problems, and trouble tickets associated with these responsibilities. Of course, while navigating this role of bytes and bits, laughter truly is the best tool for overcoming obstacles. You will get to manage system and server resources including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability; Plan, execute, and verify data redundancy and system recovery procedures; and Troubleshoot hardware/software interface and interoperability problems.
