* 1+ year of Help Desk / Service Desk / IT Support experience.
 * Experience with Tier 1 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
 * Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, Incident Management, and Service Requests.
 * Experience with ServiceNow, Ivanti, BMC Remedy, or similar ITSM tools.
 * Experience with SLA tracking, ticket management, and escalation.
