## About the Role

* A minimum of 2+ years working within an internal IT department or a fast-paced MSP environment.
 * Hands-on proficiency with Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and fundamental networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
 * A dependable vehicle and a clean DMV driving record for local client travel.
 * The ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, easily understood language for non-technical clients.

Preferred Skills & Experience (Nice to Have):

 * Familiarity with modern RMM and PSA software platforms.
 * Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting, Intune, or serving professional services and hospitality clients.
 * Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.).
 * Basic familiarity or exposure to compliance frameworks such as CMMC or ITAR is highly advantageous.

## Description

* Troubleshoot and resolve escalated helpdesk tickets and system alerts.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies within M365 and Microsoft Entra.
 * Execute endpoint deployment, system imaging, and workstation setups.
 * Configure, deploy, and monitor UniFi hardware and small-business network infrastructures.
 * Provide on-site technical support and site visits at client offices when required.
 * Maintain clear, thorough, and up-to-date technical documentation for all resolved issues.
