Skills and Abilities * Demonstrated problem solving skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Effective interpersonal skills * Ability to lead/manage others * Proactively approaches responsibilities * Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills * Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills * Possesses strong technical aptitude * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc. * Highly thorough and dependable Licenses and Certifications * Driver's License Required ## Description Supervise personnel in the safe, timely and efficient installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of all electric meter and test equipment. Ensure these activities are performed in accordance with applicable safety and environmental instructions and operating procedures, and in compliance with applicable PSC requirements., Core Responsibilities * Supervise direct reports in the safe, efficient and productive installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of electric meter and test equipment. * Ensure work activities are performed in accordance with applicable safety and environmental instructions and operating procedures. * Develop and monitor skills of assigned employees and provide accurate feedback.
