## About the Role

* 2-3 years of experience working in software engineering, data engineering, data science, or a similar technical capacity * Comfortable writing and troubleshooting code in Python and SQL * Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud-based environments * Familiarity with building and supporting data pipelines and ETL workflows * Interest in data science and machine learning, with a willingness to continue learning in those areas * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across both technical and business teams * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline * Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake * Previous experience with data science or machine learning projects * Familiarity with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing platform * Understanding of SDLC processes and software delivery best practices * Master's degree in a related
technical field preferred

## Description

* Assists in the design and development and testing of software applications * Resolves day-to-day incidents to assure the integrity of the services being provided * Consume, transform and update data between two or more systems using integration software * Consults with business partners to create documentation relating to the program definition, development, business requirements. Documentation includes software objectives, deliverables, and end user specifications * Writes, translates, and codes software scripts, programs and applications according to specifications and end user requirements * Designs, runs, and monitors software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement. Support in the smooth maintenance of the system 2 and provide data to the end users in a timely manner * Prepares and writes reports for management and/or team members on the status of assignments * Trains end users to operate new or
modified programs * Conducts research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of development efforts * Works with external vendors to assure efficient implementation of software products or systems * Keeps abreast of new and changing technological advances in program languages, utilities, tools, and client/server technology to assure achievement of ETL/Development of reports, so users can make proper decisions
