 * Experience coordinating and conducting end-user training and preparing or updating training materials; implementation training rollout experience is a plus.\\n

This role provides primary application support for CityWorks and related systems used by select general government departments. The analyst will support users, test and troubleshoot applications, develop reports and SQL queries, and contribute to enterprise application projects.

 * Provide primary application support for CityWorks and related systems.\\n
 * Develop test plans and test cases, execute application testing, and troubleshoot CityWorks and related systems.\\n
 * Perform business and project analysis activities, including work plan input, deliverable definition and tracking, status reporting, user meetings, and preparation of application requirements and specifications.\\n
 * Create and modify reports and forms in Crystal Reports, and write SQL queries using CityWorks and Land Management data.\\n
 * Coordinate and communicate with process owners, users, departments, the ITS technical team, consultants, and other team members.\\n
 * Produce SQL data extracts in response to user and public requests.\\n
 * Support issue resolution, system enhancements, upgrades, and conversions.\\n
 * Coordinate and conduct end-user training, including preparing and updating training materials.\\n
