In this role, you will manage junior engineers, lead cross-functional IT and Infrastructure projects, and optimize lifecycle management for a nationwide remote workforce. You will oversee the IT Service Desk, enhance platform observability, and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to ensure system availability.
