## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.

 * 6-12 years of progressive project/program management experience, including 2+ years coordinating multiple concurrent projects with cross-team dependencies.
\n

 * 3-5 years of progressive experience with Agile delivery.
\n

 * Ability to translate complex, multi-project status updates into concise executive decision briefs, with experience presenting to C-suite leadership.
\n

 * Experience managing program-level budgets, including making allocation decisions across multiple initiatives.
\n, * PMP (PMI) or MSP Practitioner (AXELOS), or PMP with demonstrated multi-project scope.

## Description

This Program Manager will coordinate multiple related projects toward a strategic business outcome within our IT Data, Analytics, and AI organization. You will resolve cross project dependencies, chair steering committees, present integrated program health to senior leadership, and own benefits realization - tracking whether delivered outputs produce the intended business value. This position requires systems thinking, executive communication, and the ability to make tradeoff recommendations when projects compete for shared resources. This position will also support and foster the Agile transformation journey by influencing Agile delivery and best practices. An ideal candidate for this role will have Data transformation experience.
