## About the Role

* 2+ years of professional experience in an IT Department or IT Consulting firm
 * Broad exposure to enterprise technology across infrastructure, software, security, and data
 * Strong IT consulting and client advisory experience
 * Experience engaging client stakeholders , gathering/defining requirements, and evaluating technical solutions
 * Ability to perform technical option appraisals, risk analysis, and cost-benefit analysis
 * Strong enterprise architecture and systems analysis experience
 * Experience with business process modeling, gap analysis, and feasibility studies
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to explain technical risks, tradeoffs, and financial costs to non-technical leadership
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Preferred / Highly Desired Skills:

 * Experience with GR (GRC)
 * Hands-on experience supporting IT security audits
 * Experience with risk management and compliance frameworks
 * External IT consulting experience across multidisciplinary client environments
 * Experience with large-scale public sector or regulated enterprise systems
 * Experience supporting digital transformation / modernization initiatives
 * Experience evaluating legacy and modern architectures , including cloud/on-premise integration
 * Ability to assess technology trends, modernization opportunities, and implementation risks, Education Required: 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems , or a related field.
