## About the Role

* Bachelor of Science degree in technical field
 * 5+ years of System Administration or Engineering experience, including server-side technology and networked computing systems
 * Must possess one of the following certifications: Microsoft MCSE, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Server+, and/or CompTIA Network+
 * Must have prior experience with SQL and database operations, * AWS certification
 * Experience with AWS cloud migration
 * Skills collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
 * Experience with business process engineering

Clearance Requirements:

 * Citizenship required and a current or active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Physical Requirements:

 * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
 * Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

## Description

* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues
 * Modernize key infrastructure components
 * Monitor system performance and report on risks/issues
 * Research and recommend new approaches to improve the networked computer system
 * Provide technical support as needed
 * Document processes and procedures for customers to follow
 * Ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework standards
 * Availability outside of standard working hours to resolve emergency issues
 * Travel up to 25%
