This role will focus on managing the design, analysis, and implementation phases for two major areas: Retail and Wholesale. The position requires strong technical acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience in complex IT integration projects. The only restriction we have is that applicants must be located in CST or EST time zones., + 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 3 years in integration projects. + Proven track record managing large-scale system integrations involving multiple platforms and vendors. + Experience with MS Office, Azure, ADO, ServiceNow, Sailpoint, preferred. * Technical Skills + Strong understanding of data architecture, application integration, APIs, and performance optimization. + Experience with integrations due to Mergers and Acquisitions. + Familiarity with cybersecurity considerations in system integration. + Ability to assess and mitigate technical debt and legacy system challenges. * Soft Skills + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. + Ability to work independently while coordinating with external SI partners. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Tools + Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project), and collaboration platforms.
