## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience configuring and managing Salesforce, including custom objects, reports and dashboards
 * Confident building and maintaining Flows, validation rules and page layouts
 * Experience with data management, including imports, clean-up and data quality
 * Sound knowledge of Salesforce security: profiles, permission sets and sharing rules
 * Supporting end users, troubleshooting issues and running user training
 * Experienced across both Sales & Service Clouds. Any exposure to AgentForce or 3rd party AI tools is beneficial

Salesforce Administrator certification is desirable.

## Description

You'll own the day-to-day running of the Salesforce platform and play a key part in improving it as the business grows. That means working closely with stakeholders across the business to support users and deliver changes.
