* Ph.D. in Meteorology, Earth Systems Science, or related field of study, or M.S. in a related field of study with 5+ years of relevant work experience\n
 * Demonstrated proficiency in Python and Linux environments\n
 * Experience with advanced AI/ML techniques, specifically deep learning approaches\n
 * Strong foundation in meteorological datasets and/or Earth system science\n
 * Experience with high-performance supercomputing and/or cloud computing environments\n
 * Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience with very large datasets\n
 * Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing through journal publications, conference papers, and/or reports\n
