The Preferred - You Might Also Have * Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing, software development, test automation, or a related technical role. * Experience creating, executing, and documenting manual or automated test cases. * Experience developing or maintaining automated tests using Python, C#, or similar programming or scripting languages. * Experience with Squish and Selenium test frameworks * Experience creating or updating GitHub Actions * Familiarity with Linux * Experience with C# scripting * Familiarity with test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, or QTest. * Exposure to performance, reliability, longevity, or regression testing. * Experience with industrial automation, HMI software, PLCs, and protocols such as CIP or OP-CUA ## Description The Senior Software Test Engineer will help ensure the quality of FactoryTalk Optix by creating and executing manual and automated tests for new and existing product functionality. This role will work closely with product owners, developers, and other test engineers to understand requirements, validate features, reproduce and document defects, and support regression and release testing activities.
