This role operates at the intersection of hands-on software development, system design, AI-assisted software engineering, agentic architecture, and technical leadership. You will lead cross-functional engineering teams through application modernization and enterprise platform delivery while serving as a trusted technical point of contact for client stakeholders., * Lead the architectural design and delivery of secure, scalable enterprise applications using modern Angular frontends and Java enterprise microservices. * Modernize legacy application architectures into modular, microservices-driven, and event-driven architectures. * Drive the adoption of AI-enabled engineering workflows and agentic capabilities, incorporating RAG integration, MCP (Model Context Protocol) server architectures, and automated testing practices to accelerate time-to-market. * Elevate team throughput, code quality, and delivery predictability by setting strict engineering guardrails, design patterns, and testing standards. * Act as a primary technical contact for client leadership, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
