## Description

The Analyst is responsible for leading software and IT services sourcing, contract negotiations, vendor governance, and renewal optimization. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance commercial outcomes, reduce waste, and enable data-driven procurement decisions. Responsibilities:

 * Lead IT procurement activities including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, contract negotiations, and renewals
 * Manage a portfolio of software, SaaS, cloud, and IT service vendors
 * Analyze software usage, licensing, and renewal pipelines to optimize cost and eliminate duplication
 * Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, Security, and Privacy teams on vendor evaluations and approvals
 * Review pricing models, SLAs, and commercial terms to improve value and reduce risk
 * Use data analysis and AI-enabled tools to support contract review, reporting, and decision-making
