SAP experience is preferred; experience with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or other ERP platforms will also be considered. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and/or hybrid approaches. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms. * Ability to build relationships and work effectively across IT, business functions, leadership teams, and external partners. Preferred Qualifications * PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification. * Experience participating in SAP implementation, upgrade, integration, or optimization projects. * Familiarity with SAP modules such as FICO, MM, PP, SD, or other relevant modules. * Experience working in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or energy services environments. * Familiarity with organizational change management and user adoption practices. Powered by JazzHR ## Description The IT Project Manager will lead and coordinate technology initiatives across the organization, with a primary focus on enterprise system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements. This role will partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of IT project management experience, strong cross-functional communication skills, and experience working with ERP systems.
