## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
 * 7 years of professional software development experience with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 * At least 6 years of experience designing and developing highly customized Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components or Aura Components.

Preferred:

 * Experience with user behavior analysis monitoring, scripting, and alerting.
 * Experience with DevOps processes; GitHub and Harness experience is a plus.
 * High proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar development tools.
 * Solid understanding of REST, GraphQL, and application observability using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.

## Description

Seeking for a Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer to lead design, architecture, and custom development in a large-scale Salesforce environment using modern web practices. Collaborate with various teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platform solutions.
Core Work Activities:

 * Lead Salesforce platform design and custom development using Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
 * Act as a technical architect and hands-on Salesforce developer to solve complex platform challenges.
 * Design technical architecture solutions that integrate Salesforce with internal systems, focusing on security, scalability, and performance.
 * Make informed architectural decisions by evaluating tradeoffs, benefits, risks, and recommendations.
 * Stay current with Salesforce releases and guide the team on new features and implementation opportunities.
 * Drive UX and design strategies to improve platform adoption and user experience.
 * Collaborate with business analysts and product managers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
 * Develop and manage off-platform automation scripts using Python or similar tools.
 * Support security efforts by reviewing Salesforce Shield event logs and monitoring data.
