 * Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
 * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
 * Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging technologies.
 * Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Docker, and Kubernetes.
 * Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

 * Financial Services/Banking domain experience.
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 * Prior experience leading development teams.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and team leadership. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, stakeholder interaction, and mentoring of development teams.
Key Responsibilities

 * Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications.
 * Architect and develop microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
 * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
 * Mentor and guide developers on technical solutions and design approaches.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
 * Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.
 * Participate in architectural discussions and technology evaluations.
 * Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
