You are equally comfortable explaining status and recommendations to senior executives as you are discussing technical aspects in product development with engineers. You must have exceptional verbal, as well as written, communication skills. Working with stakeholders across Engineering, Business Development, Product Management and Supply Chain you will plan requirements and manage execution schedules, budgets and risks., * Partner with key leaders across engineering, business and operations to lead end-to-end execution of next generation Data Center CPUs and GPUs from Concept to Mass Production using AMD's New Product Introduction Management flow. * No excuses attitude to own a product from start-to-finish driving whole product execution - Silicon, System, Software. * Relentless drive for operational discipline - automation, analytics and process improvement to achieve productivity gains * Capability to ruthlessly prioritize and clear obstacles for the team. * Lead technical debug & feature prioritization, schedule alignment and budget attainment * Highly organized, able to prioritize, and juggle multiple work streams to tight deadlines, AMD may use Artificial Intelligence to help screen, assess or select applicants for this position.
