Vous préparez un diplôme en informatique Bac+2 à Bac+3, type BTS SIO, BUT Informatique, Licence pro. Vous avez des connaissances de base en systèmes et réseaux (Windows, notions réseau, Active Directory).

## Description

Rattaché·e au responsable support informatique, vos principales missions consisteront à assurer le support aux utilisateurs et participer à la gestion du parc informatique de l'entreprise.

Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions consisteront à :

 * assurer le support technique de niveau 1 aux utilisateurs ;
 * installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail (PC, imprimantes, périphériques) ;
 * gérer les incidents et demandes via l'outil de ticketing ;
 * participer à la gestion du parc informatique (inventaire, mises à jour, renouvellement) ;
 * contribuer à la rédaction de documentations techniques et guides utilisateurs ;
 * assister l'équipe IT dans des projets d'amélioration continue (sécurité, déploiement, etc.).
