## About the Role

* 5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Power BI.
 * Proven experience building Power BI dashboards and reports from the ground up.
 * Strong knowledge of:
 + Power Query
 + Data modeling
 + Data integration
 + Report performance optimization
 * Hands-on experience with Power Automate.
 * Experience with Power Apps and/or other Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
 * Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.
 * Ability to translate business problems into practical technical solutions.
 * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
 * Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.

Preferred Experience

 * Business process improvement or process mapping experience.
 * Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
 * Clarity PPM or portfolio management platform experience.
 * ERP transformation or systems integration initiatives.
 * Oracle-related experience.

Are you passionate about turning complex business challenges into streamlined, data-driven solutions? We're looking for a Power BI & Power Platform Developer/Analyst who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.

In this role, you'll work directly with business leaders and end users to identify opportunities for improvement, design impactful reporting and automation solutions, and deliver tools that drive smarter decision-making. This is more than a dashboard development position. You'll serve as a trusted partner who can understand the problem, recommend the right solution, and bring ideas to life from concept through implementation.

This is a hybrid position requiring onsite attendance one day per week, with occasional additional onsite collaboration for planning sessions, workshops, or team events.
What You'll Be Doing
Business Partnership & Solution Design

 * Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business challenges, goals, and operational pain points.
 * Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
 * Recommend the most effective reporting, analytics, automation, or application-based approach for each use case.
 * Present ideas, recommendations, and completed solutions to business and technical audiences.

Power BI Development & Analytics

 * Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
 * Develop scalable data models and optimize report performance.
 * Transform and integrate data using Power Query and other data preparation techniques.
 * Create meaningful visualizations and KPIs that support business decision-making.

Power Platform Development

 * Design and implement workflow automations using Power Automate.
 * Build and enhance business applications using Power Apps.
 * Leverage the broader Microsoft Power Platform to improve efficiency, visibility, and user experience.
 * Integrate data from enterprise systems, spreadsheets, and other business applications.

Project Delivery & Communication

 * Manage multiple priorities and deliverables across diverse stakeholder groups.
 * Provide clear status updates and communicate potential risks or obstacles proactively.
 * Document requirements, solutions, and project progress throughout the development lifecycle.
 * Explain complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
