Enterprise application implementation and production support experience. Experience working with SaaS applications and software vendors. Understanding of GxP and CSV/CSA processes. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Kneat, Veeva, ValGenesis, or similar C&Q/quality application experience preferred.
