* Should have experience creating reusable Skills, Prompts, Hooks, MCP and Claude Agents To chain multiple specialized agents together to handle multi-step workflows autonomously
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to innovation.
 * Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to support and guide development teams
 * Java/J2EE Technical Lead experience
 * Have strong Design pattern knowledge to work with Architecture team on design review and approvals
 * Should have AWS infra knowledge on Server procurement process
