In this dynamic role, you'll lead a world-class quality operations team, collaborating with operations, engineering, supply chain, production, commissioning, and service groups to develop robust products and processes from the ground up. Your focus will be on building things right the first time, fostering continuous improvement, and meeting customer expectations while supporting profitability goals. The ideal candidate is a proven problem-solver and leader with a strong quality- and customer-focused mindset, coupled with the drive for relentless improvement in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
