## About the Role

* 5+ years of desktop support experience in a mid-to-large Mac/Windows environment * Strong Mac OS and Windows OS troubleshooting * Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting PCs, Macs, and peripherals * JAMF experience * Microsoft 365, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint * Adobe Suite experience * iPhone and Android device setup/support * Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting * Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to work onsite 5 days/week at 25 Madison Ability to lift desktop equipment up to 30 lbs. Plusses: * Bachelor's degree * Apple certifications * Windows certifications * Executive/VIP support experience * Experience supporting hardware/software deployments and upgrades Salesforce ticketing experience

## Description

Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a top enterprise client. This individual will provide hands-on technical support across a mixed Mac and Windows environment, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, mobile device, and application issues. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise users, strong JAMF and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. This role will also assist with hardware/software deployments, executive support, ticket management, and ongoing technology upgrades in a fast-paced onsite environment.
