Technical Knowledge (Required) * Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques. * Strong WordPress development and administration experience. * Experience with WCAG, Section 508, accessibility testing, and accessibility remediation. * Experience integrating APIs and dynamic content into web applications. * Ability to translate UX designs into production-ready user interfaces. * Understanding of content management systems and digital experience platforms. * Experience troubleshooting complex front-end and user experience issues. Technical Knowledge (Preferred) * Experience supporting the Military OneSource website or other MC&FP digital platforms. * Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. * Experience supporting mobile applications and responsive digital products. * Familiarity with Drupal, headless CMS architectures, or modern digital experience platforms. * Experience with analytics, customer experience metrics, and digital performance optimization. * Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and cloud-based environments. * Familiarity with product management, requirements analysis, and digital modernization initiatives. Certifications (Preferred) * IAAP CPACC, WAS, or CPWA. * DHS Trusted Tester Certification. * Security+. * ITIL v4 Foundation. * Front-End Development, UX/UI, Accessibility, or Product Management certifications.
