Preferred: * Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification. * Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement, formerly Pardot. This experience is preferred but not required. * Experience supporting customized Salesforce environments with custom objects and non-standard business logic. * Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Digital Asset Management tools, customer-support systems, ERP integrations, event platforms, or other Salesforce-connected technologies. * Experience with complex account hierarchies or territory structures. * Experience in medical devices, healthcare, B2B manufacturing, or another regulated commercial environment. ## Description This hands-on, mid-level role administers Salesforce Sales Cloud and supports the connected marketing and commercial systems used by BTL's Marketing Operations team.
