The role involves administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools environments across multiple platforms., * Maintain, monitor, and support PeopleSoft components including WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and Application Messaging. * Administer PeopleSoft environments running on Oracle UNIX, Windows, and Oracle infrastructure. * Install and configure PeopleTools components such as Integration Broker, Interaction Hub, Secure Enterprise Search (SES), and PeopleSoft Test Framework. * Set up and configure Integration Broker gateway, services, service operations, queues, routings, and application messaging for integrations. * Apply Tax Updates using PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and Change Assistant. * Install new PeopleSoft environments and refresh non-production environments. * Monitor system performance and administer services across all PeopleSoft environments. * Troubleshoot development and production application issues across multiple environments and platforms. * Provide technical support and system management for PeopleSoft HR systems and related applications. * Perform security administration for access to global HR systems and applications. * Assist with debugging and tuning batch cycles. * Ensure services are delivered according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)., AI Engineer 4 (MLX) At Capital One, we are creating responsible and reliable AI systems, changing banking for good.
