## Description

* Analyze and reverse engineer CA Plex models and generated code (C++, Java, .NET)
 * Translate legacy business logic into modern .NET (C#) applications
 * Design and develop RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
 * Modernize data access using SQL Server, T-SQL, Entity Framework, and Dapper
 * Maintain and enhance enterprise applications and legacy systems
 * Develop and support applications tied to data warehouse environments
 * Build and maintain Power BI reports using DAX
 * Implement secure integrations with external agencies (SLED, DMV, etc.)
 * Follow Azure DevOps / CI-CD practices and coding standards
 * Support phased migration strategies (Strangler pattern, parallel run)
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders (judges, clerks, IT teams)
