 * Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
 * Strong experience developing enterprise applications using ASP.NET MVC/Web API.

 * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, JSON, authentication, and authorization.
 * Experience with Azure/AWS and cloud-based application development.
 * Experience with Angular/React or other modern frontend frameworks is preferred.
 * Strong experience with Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps/Jenkins, and automated deployments.
 * Experience writing unit/integration tests using frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
 * Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Ability to attend an in-person/F2F interview in Texas., * Experience designing scalable enterprise applications.
 * Microservices and distributed systems experience.
 * Docker/Kubernetes experience.
 * Azure Functions, Service Bus, App Services, or similar cloud services.
 * Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership.
 * Strong architecture and system-design experience.
