## Description

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale cloud programs for AWS Manufacturing customers. You will lead cross-functional teams, define technical roadmaps, and manage end-to-end delivery of complex solutions on AWS. Responsibilities include translating customer and business needs into scalable architectures, managing schedules and risks, and ensuring high-quality launches. You'll collaborate with engineering, product, and customer stakeholders, using data to make decisions in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment while mentoring teams on best practices., * Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex AWS programs for manufacturing customers

 * Define technical roadmaps and requirements in partnership with engineering and product teams
 * Manage program scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
 * Translate customer and business needs into scalable, secure AWS architectures
 * Establish and track program metrics, using data to drive decisions and trade-offs
 * Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including sales, solutions architects, and operations
 * Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and launch quality
 * Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior and executive stakeholders
 * Ensure compliance with security, reliability, and operational excellence standards
 * Mentor teams on technical program management best practices
