## Description

We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager to oversee and drive large-scale enterprise technology initiatives within a retail environment. This individual will serve as a key leader within the PMO, managing complex technical projects, enterprise integrations, and organizational transformation efforts. The ideal candidate possesses strong PMO expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record delivering strategic business and technology programs across large organizations., * Lead enterprise-wide technology and business transformation initiatives from planning through execution.

 * Manage complex merger, acquisition, integration, and organizational change projects.
 * Establish and maintain PMO governance, project controls, reporting frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
 * Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
 * Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery.
 * Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
 * Oversee cross-functional teams across business and IT organizations to drive project objectives.
 * Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues impacting delivery.
 * Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies through project execution and PMO best practices.
 * Ensure successful implementation of enterprise applications, integrations, and technology modernization efforts.
