This role supports day-to-day network operations, resolves advanced technical issues, and keeps critical infrastructure running efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting ability, practical experience with enterprise networking equipment, and a proactive approach to maintaining secure and stable systems. Responsibilities: * Resolve advanced network incidents that are escalated beyond the initial support level, identifying root causes and restoring service in a timely manner. * Deploy, configure, maintain, and improve core networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices. * Track network health and usage patterns through monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement. * Carry out software, firmware, and configuration updates to maintain system performance, reliability, and security. * Support network security efforts by applying patches, managing user and device access, and following established compliance standards. * Administer IP addressing, subnet design, and related network configuration settings across the environment. * Investigate and resolve connectivity, hardware, and performance problems affecting local and broader network operations. * Create and maintain clear technical documentation covering configurations, troubleshooting processes, and issue resolution details.
