## Description

Nous recrutons un Tech Lead PHP passionné et expérimenté pour l'un de nos clients sur Lyon afin de l'accompagner dans la transition d'un système monolithique vers une architecture moderne basée sur les microservices.

 - Définir et piloter la roadmap technique (refonte, montée de version PHP / Symfony)
 - Concevoir des architectures distribuées robustes et scalables
 - Piloter la transformation du monolithe vers des microservices
 - Définir les standards de développement (Clean Code, bonnes pratiques, architecture)
 - Encadrer les équipes techniques (mentorat, code reviews)
 - Collaborer avec les équipes produit et métiers pour traduire les besoins en solutions techniques
 - Mettre en place une stratégie de tests fiable (intégration, end-to-end, tests de contrat)
 - Garantir la qualité, la performance et la sécurité des systèmes

Environnement technique :

Backend : PHP 8.x, Symfony (6.x / 7)

Architecture : Microservices, API Gateway, Event-driven, CQRS

API : REST, OpenAPI / Swagger

Data : PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch

Ops : Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions...)
