## About the Role

* 1+ year of experience in IT support, desktop support, help desk, or technical support.
 * Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
 * Experience installing, maintaining, moving, and upgrading hardware and software.
 * Knowledge of personal computers, printers, peripherals, and computer components.
 * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and WordPerfect.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
 * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
 * High school diploma or equivalent., * Windows 11 technical support experience.
 * Experience with computer imaging and device refresh projects.
 * Experience with data migration.
 * Experience with ServiceNow or other IT service management/ticketing systems.

Additional Requirement:

 * Must be able to lift and relocate equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.

## Description

We are seeking Level 1 Support Technicians to support a computer and docking station refresh project. The technician will provide hands-on technical support including computer imaging, hardware replacement, data migration, troubleshooting, and end-user support., * Image and configure computers according to established procedures.

 * Replace computers, docking stations, and related equipment.
 * Perform data migration from existing computers to replacement systems.
 * Install, configure, maintain, test, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
 * Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and software issues.
 * Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware and application problems.
 * Respond to user technical issues and provide excellent customer service.
 * Document service activities, troubleshooting steps, and hardware changes.
 * Assist with testing and deployment of new and existing hardware and software.
 * Maintain required security controls for hardware and software.
 * Work closely with technical staff, subject matter experts, and project management.
 * Manage multiple tasks, prioritize assignments, and meet project deadlines.
 * Lift and relocate computer equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
