## About the Role

 * High School Diploma or GED, required.
 * Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related operations discipline, preferred.
 * Four (4) years of production, pre-fabrication, or comparable experience required.
 * Experience leading shop floor or manufacturing teams, preferred.
 * Continuous Improvement Process certification (LCS Level 1A) and A3 Problem Solver (LCS Level 1B) certification required or must be obtained within eighteen (18) months of placement in role.
 * Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and SAP, required.
 * Strong communication skills (oral/presentation & written), required.
 * Ability to adapt to business demands of complexity of multiple programs.
 * Skilled in simplifying & standardizing connection details.

## Description

The Supervisor, Engineering Service Center Evening Shift (ESC) will oversee the daily execution of pre-fabrication workflow and operational activities by leading a team on the shop floor. This includes assigning work, coordinating labor coverage, sequencing and staging orders, monitoring schedule progress, and helping remove barriers that impact daily performance and efficiency. The role is responsible for reinforcing safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery expectations while collaborating with ESC leadership on team & resource coordination, performance follow-up, and continuous improvement efforts.
