## Description

Je bent een digitaal vaardige en analytische collega die de brug slaat tussen IT, accountancy en procesverbetering. Jij ziet direct hoe systemen slimmer, veiliger en efficiënter kunnen, en krijgt energie van het verbeteren daarvan.

Bij MRW sta je niet op afstand, maar midden in de organisatie. Je denkt mee met collega's, vertaalt hun vragen naar praktische oplossingen en maakt digitale mogelijkheden écht bruikbaar. Ondertussen werk je continu aan het optimaliseren van onze werkomgeving: van het inrichten van administraties en testen van updates tot het oplossen van storingen en realiseren van slimme koppelingen.

Je volgt ontwikkelingen op het gebied van automatisering en AI op de voet en zorgt dat we die praktisch inzetten. Samen met collega's en externe partners bouw je aan een toekomstbestendige digitale omgeving waarbij systemen niet alleen werken, maar vooral waarde toevoegen - zodat we samen succesvol kunnen zijn.
