## Description

The Level 1 System Administrator provides onsite technical support for end users and office systems in Washington, DC. This role involves Windows 11 installation, troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues, and supporting collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. The administrator also supports AV conference room technology and assists with Zscaler connectivity. Responsibilities:

 * Install, set up, and configure Windows 11 on desktops and laptops.
 * Provide Level 1 technical support for end-user systems and workplace technology.
 * Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams user access and functionality issues.
 * Support and troubleshoot AV conference room systems, including connectivity and conferencing problems.
 * Resolve OneDrive synchronization and file access issues.
 * Assist with SharePoint access, sync, and usage-related problems.
 * Perform basic troubleshooting for Zscaler user connectivity and access.
 * Conduct hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related devices.
 * Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
 * Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities accurately.
