## Description

A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Tech Support Specialist to sit onsite in Richardson, Texas. You will assist employees with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of computers, peripheral equipment, software, and audio/visual equipment. You will work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with computing equipment and software and assist internal business units with evaluating, testing, and implementing standard configurations, as well as troubleshooting and supporting tech system and software support to the clients business process. You will perform hardware equipment relocation as assigned and create and publish new documentation pertaining to previously undiscovered software/hardware issues in enterprise knowledge base. You will establish a presence on the floor guiding and educating users on processes and protocols for service delivery and using remote tools to manage a queue for user support. pay range 22-24/hr
