This team plays a critical role in supporting thousands of production customers across multiple cloud environments, including AWS, GCP, Azure, and GovCloud. The team is composed of skilled engineers focused on building resilient, scalable infrastructure with a collaborative and inclusive culture. What's exciting about the team is its impact on the future of Splunk Cloud through innovative configuration infrastructure and cross-organizational technical initiatives. Your Impact Set the long-term technical direction for ACM's configuration platform by defining architecture, technology investments, and build vs. buy tradeoffs to support thousands of customers. Lead and deliver complex, high-impact projects spanning configuration delivery, disaster recovery, fleet management, and platform reliability. Establish standards for code quality, system design, observability, and operational excellence to raise the engineering bar. Mentor engineers across levels to accelerate their growth through code reviews, design feedback, pairing, and coaching.
