The Work You Will Do: Join Our Organizational Development Office (ODO) as a Systems Analyst. Help shape and strengthen the technology ecosystem that powers professional development, employee engagement, and statewide organizational effectiveness at FDOT. As an ODO Systems Analyst, you will manage critical enterprise platforms, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure employees across the Department have dependable tools that enhance learning, collaboration, and innovation. In this technical and highly collaborative role, you'll maintain ODO's suite of systems, deliver exceptional customer support, and contribute to process improvements that elevate the employee experience across FDOT. What You Will Do: * Administer and maintain ODO technology platforms to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and user experience. * Manage users and user access, monitor system integrity, and maintain subject matter expertise across all platforms. * Oversee systems including Learning Management System, Employee Survey Platform, Procedural Document Library, internal websites, SharePoint sites, ODO-administered applications, forms, and workflows. * Develop job aids, manuals, presentations, websites, and training materials that help stakeholders navigate ODO systems confidently. * Collect, prepare, analyze, interpret, and communicate data from multiple sources. * Ensure data accuracy and integrity while applying FAIR principles, findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability. * Recommend and implement system enhancements as business needs evolve. * Collaborate with FDOT offices and platform vendors to resolve complex challenges and share best practices. * Contribute to ODO projects, workflows, and strategic initiatives with flexibility, creativity, and a problem-solver mindset. Provide customer service and technical support for all ODO technology platforms and on behalf of related ODO business practices. Develop job aids, manuals, presentations, websites, and training materials to support ODO's mission to provide excellent customer service to its stakeholders. Collaborate with other FDOT offices and platform vendors to resolve complex challenges as they arise and share best practices. Collect, prepare, analyze, interpret, and communicate data from a variety of sources to assist in the administration of ODO technology platforms, meet the demands of ODO stakeholders, and aid in various ODO business processes, workflows, projects, and initiatives.
