## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * 3 years of experience with systems automation, and with systems design and implementation.
 * Experience in automation and scripting in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, Perl, or Bash.
 * Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with current polygraph., * 3 years of experience working with vendors or customers.
 * Experience administering cloud services or container-based applications or workloads.
 * Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration products.
 * Experience designing secure, well-architected systems based on customer requirements.
 * Experience troubleshooting across Linux- and Kubernetes-based architectures.

## Description

* Develop, configure, and maintain internal systems and customer portals.
 * Support services before they go live through system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
 * Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
 * Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, evolving systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
 * Perform complex day-to-day troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure issues, collaborating with engineering teams to implement customer requirements.
